حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ خُنَيْسٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُمْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يَخْطُبُ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَتَى السَّاعَةُ فَقَالَ وَمَا أَعْدَدْتَ لِلسَّاعَةِ قَالَ حُبَّ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ قَالَ أَنْتَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ.
English Translation
Yazid informed us: Muhammad ibn 'Amr informed us, from Kathir ibn Khunays, from Anas ibn Malik, who narrated to them that a man came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, while he was delivering a sermon, and said, "O Messenger of Allah, when is the Hour?" He said, "And what have you prepared for the Hour?" He said, "Love of Allah and His Messenger." He said, "You will be with whomever you love."
