حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ وَحَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ الْبَرَصِ وَالْجُنُونِ وَالْجُذَامِ وَمِنْ سَيِّئِ الْأَسْقَامِ.
English Translation
Bahz and Hasan ibn Musa narrated to us, both said: Hammad narrated to us: Qatadah narrated to us, from Anas, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, used to say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from leprosy, madness, elephantiasis, and evil diseases."
