حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ الْحَذَّاءُ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ قَالَ قَالَ أَنَسٌ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ لِكُلِّ أُمَّةٍ أَمِينًا وَإِنَّ أَمِينَنَا أَيُّهَا الْأُمَّةُ أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ.
English Translation
Isma'il narrated to us: Khalid al-Hadhdha' narrated to us, from Abu Qilabah, who said: Anas said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Every nation has a trustee, and indeed our trustee, O this nation, is Abu Ubaydah ibn al-Jarrah."
