حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُحَارِبِيُّ، عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ مَرْزُوقٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الضُّحَى حِينَ كَانَتْ الشَّمْسُ مِنْ الْمَشْرِقِ مِنْ مَكَانِهَا مِنْ الْمَغْرِبِ صَلَاةَ الْعَصْرِ.
English Translation
It was narrated that Hadrat 'Ali (may Allah be well pleased with him) said. The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) prayed Duha when the sun was as high in the east as it is in the west at the time of ‘Asr prayer.
