حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ شُعْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَتِمُّوا الرُّكُوعَ وَالسُّجُودَ فَوَاللَّهِ إِنِّي لَأَرَاكُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِي وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ مِنْ وَرَاءِ ظَهْرِي إِذَا رَكَعْتُمْ وَإِذَا سَجَدْتُمْ.
English Translation
Yahya narrated to us, from Shu'bah: Qatadah narrated to us, from Anas, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Complete the bowing and prostration properly, for by Allah, I see you" — and sometimes he said, "from behind my back" — "when you bow and when you prostrate."
