English Translation
Sufyan narrated to us: Isma'il narrated to us: Ayyub informed us, from 'Amr ibn Sa'id, from Anas ibn Malik, who said: I never saw anyone more merciful to children than the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. Ibrahim was being nursed in the upper part of Madinah, and he would set out there, and we would go with him. He would enter the house, though it was full of smoke — his wet-nurse's husband was a blacksmith — and he would take him and kiss him, then return. 'Amr said: When Ibrahim died, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Ibrahim is my son, and he died while still nursing; he has two wet-nurses in Paradise who will complete his nursing."
