حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ الْعَيْزَارِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَجُلًا مِنْ ثَقِيفٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ كِنَانَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ { ثُمَّ أَوْرَثْنَا الْكِتَابَ الَّذِينَ اصْطَفَيْنَا مِنْ عِبَادِنَا فَمِنْهُمْ ظَالِمٌ لِنَفْسِهِ وَمِنْهُمْ مُقْتَصِدٌ وَمِنْهُمْ سَابِقٌ بِالْخَيْرَاتِ } قَالَ هَؤُلَاءِ كُلُّهُمْ بِمَنْزِلَةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَكُلُّهُمْ فِي الْجَنَّةِ.
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from al-Walid ibn al-'Ayzar, that he heard a man of Thaqif narrate from a man of Kinanah, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he said, concerning this verse: "Then We caused to inherit the Book those We chose of Our servants; among them is he who wrongs himself, and among them is he who is moderate, and among them is he who is foremost in good deeds" — he said: "All of these are of one rank, and all of them will be in Paradise."
