حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَطِيَّةَ الْعَوْفِيَّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ النَّائِحَةَ وَالْمُسْتَمِعَةَ.
English Translation
Muhammad b. Rabi'ah narrated to us, Muhammad b. al-Hasan - meaning Ibn Atiyyah al-Awfi - narrated to us, from his father, from his grandfather, from Abu Sa'id, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the wailing woman and the one who listens to her.
