حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْعَزْلِ أَنْتَ تَخْلُقُهُ أَنْتَ تَرْزُقُهُ أَقِرَّهُ قَرَارَهُ فَإِنَّمَا ذَلِكَ الْقَدَرُ.
English Translation
Yahya told us: Ibn Abi Arubah told us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Abu Sa'id, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said concerning withdrawal (coitus interruptus), "Is it you who creates it? Is it you who provides for it? Let it settle where it settles, for that is simply the divine decree."
