حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ فِرَاسٍ عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْخَيْلُ مَعْقُودٌ بِنَوَاصِيهَا الْخَيْرُ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ.
English Translation
Mu'awiyah ibn Hisham told us, Shayban told us, from Firas, from 'Atiyyah, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said, "Good is tied to the forelocks of horses until the Day of Resurrection."
