حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الْوَدَّاكِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ قُلْنَا لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمَّا حُرِّمَتْ الْخَمْرُ إِنَّ عِنْدَنَا خَمْرًا لِيَتِيمٍ لَنَا فَأَمَرَنَا فَأَهْرَقْنَاهَا.
English Translation
Yahya told us, from Mujalid: Abu al-Waddak narrated to me, from Abu Sa'id, who said: We said to the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him), when wine was forbidden: "We have wine belonging to an orphan of ours." So he ordered us, and we poured it out.
