حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَتَاكُمْ أَهْلُ الْيَمَنِ هُمْ أَضْعَفُ قُلُوبًا وَأَرَقُّ أَفْئِدَةً الْفِقْهُ يَمَانٍ وَالْحِكْمَةُ يَمَانِيَةٌ.
English Translation
Husayn told us, Ibn Abi al-Zinad told us, from his father, from al-A'raj, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The people of Yemen have come to you; they are the softest of heart and the most tender of feeling. Understanding of religion is Yemeni and wisdom is Yemeni."
