حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَرَّ رَجُلٌ بِغُصْنِ شَوْكٍ فَنَحَّاهُ عَنْ الطَّرِيقِ فَشَكَرَ اللَّهُ لَهُ فَأَدْخَلَهُ الْجَنَّةَ.
English Translation
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'No one eats better food than that which he earns from the work of his own hands. The Prophet of Allah Dawud (peace be upon him) used to eat from the work of his own hands.'
