حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَحْفِهِمَا جَمِيعًا أَوْ انْعَلْهُمَا جَمِيعًا فَإِذَا لَبِسْتَ فَابْدَأْ بِالْيُمْنَى وَإِذَا خَلَعْتَ فَابْدَأْ بِالْيُسْرَى.
English Translation
Hajjaj told us: Shu'bah told us, from Muhammad b. Ziyad, who said: I heard Abu Hurayrah say: Abu al-Qasim, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Wear both sandals or go barefoot with both. When you put them on, begin with the right, and when you take them off, begin with the left."
