872/1139(صحيح)عن أنس: أتانا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ونحن صبيان، فسلم علينا، وأرسلني في حاجة، وجلس في الطريق ينتظرني حتى رجعت إليه، قال: فأبطأت على أم سليم. فقالت: ما حبسك؟ فقلت: بعثني النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في حاجة. قالت: ماهي؟ قلت: قلت: إنها سرّ. قالت:"فاحفظ سر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم".
English Translation
Anas said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) came to us while we were children. He greeted us and sent me on an errand. He sat on the road waiting for me until I returned. I was late getting back to Umm Sulaym. She said: 'What kept you?' I said: 'The Prophet (peace be upon him) sent me on an errand.' She said: 'What was it?' I said: 'It is a secret.' She said: 'Then keep the secret of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him).'
