71/96 عن جرير بن عبد الله قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" لا يرحم الله من لا يرحم الناس"،(وفي طريق أخرى بلفظ:" من لا يرحم الناس لا يرحمه الله" 97).
English Translation
Jarir ibn Abdullah reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: 'Allah does not show mercy to the one who does not show mercy to people.' And in another narration with the wording: 'Whoever does not show mercy to people, Allah will not show mercy to him.'
Urdu Translation
سیدنا جریر بن عبداﷲ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”اس شخص پر اﷲ رحم نہیں کرتا جو انسانوں پر رحم نہیں کرتا۔“دوسری سند میں یہ الفاظ ہیں:”جو انسانوں پر رحم نہیں کرتا اس پر اﷲ بھی رحم نہیں کرتا۔“[صحيح الادب المفرد/حدیث: 71]
