48/67 عن أبى بكرة قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:"ما من ذنب أحرى أن يعجل الله لصاحبه العقوبة في الدنيا، مع ما يدخر له في الآخرة من قطيعة الرحم والبغي".
English Translation
Abu Musa, may Allah be pleased with him, reported that the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: 'Every Muslim must give charity.' They said, 'And if he cannot find anything to give?' He said, 'He should work with his hands, benefit himself, and give in charity.' They said, 'What if he cannot do that?' He said, 'He should help someone who is in need.' They said, 'And if he cannot do that?' He said, 'He should enjoin good.' They said, 'What if he cannot do even that?' He said, 'He should refrain from evil, for that is charity for him.'
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابوبکرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ رسولصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”رشتہ داری کو کاٹنے اور ظلم کرنے سے بڑھ کر کوئی گناہ ایسا نہیں ہے جو اس بات کا زیادہ لائق ہو کہ اللہ اس کے کرنے والے کو دنیا میں بھی جلدی سزا دے اور ساتھ ساتھ وہ سزا بھی جو اس کے لیے آخرت میں جمع کر رکھی ہے۔“[صحيح الادب المفرد/حدیث: 48]
