15/20(صحيح)عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ:"جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُرِيدُ الْجِهَادَ، فَقَالَ:"أَحَيٌّ وَالِدَاكَ؟" فَقَالَ: نَعَمْ. فَقَالَ:"فَفِيهِمَا فَجَاهِدْ".
English Translation
Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, reported that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: 'Allah created creation. When He finished creating, the womb said: This is the station of one who seeks refuge in You from being cut off. He said: Yes, are you not pleased that I maintain ties with whoever maintains ties with you, and cut off whoever cuts you off? It said: Indeed. He said: Then that is yours.' Abu Hurayrah said: 'Recite if you wish: "Would you then, if you were given authority, cause corruption on earth and sever your ties of kinship?" [47:22]'
Urdu Translation
سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبیصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکی خدمت میں ایک شخص آیا وہ جہاد کا ارادہ رکھتا تھا، آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”کیا تمہارے والدین زندہ ہیں؟“اس نے کہا: ہاں۔ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”ان میں جا کر جہاد کرو (ان کی خدمت کرو، یہی جہا د ہے)۔“[صحيح الادب المفرد/حدیث: 15]
