حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ : " إِنَّ أَهْلَ الْجَنَّةِ يَأْكُلُونَ فِيهَا وَيَشْرَبُونَ " .
English Translation
Hadrat Jabir (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) say: Indeed, the people of Paradise shall eat and drink therein.
Urdu Translation
حضرت جابر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں: میں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو فرماتے سنا: بے شک اہلِ جنت جنت میں کھائیں گے اور پئیں گے۔
