حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، - الْمَعْنَى - قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، أَنَّ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، حَدَّثَهُمْ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم صَعِدَ أُحُدًا فَتَبِعَهُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ وَعُثْمَانُ فَرَجَفَ بِهِمْ فَضَرَبَهُ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِرِجْلِهِ وَقَالَ " اثْبُتْ أُحُدُ نَبِيٌّ وَصِدِّيقٌ وَشَهِيدَانِ " .
English Translation
Hadrat Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) ascended Mount Uhud, accompanied by Hadrat Abu Bakr, Hadrat 'Umar, and Hadrat ' Uthman (may Allah be well pleased with them). The mountain began to tremble beneath them, so the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) struck it with his blessed foot and said: Be still, O Uhud! Upon you is a the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), a Siddiq, and two martyrs.
Urdu Translation
حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم اُحد پہاڑ پر چڑھے اور آپ کے ساتھ حضرت ابوبکر، حضرت عمر اور حضرت عثمان رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہم بھی تھے۔ پہاڑ ان سے لرزنے لگا تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے اپنا پاؤں مبارک اس پر مارا اور فرمایا: ٹھہر جا اے اُحد! تیرے اوپر ایک نبی، ایک صدیق اور دو شہید ہیں۔
