حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ هَارُونَ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي نَهِيكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ مِنَ السُّنَّةِ إِذَا جَلَسَ الرَّجُلُ أَنْ يَخْلَعَ نَعْلَيْهِ فَيَضَعَهُمَا بِجَنْبِهِ .
English Translation
Hadrat Abdullah ibn Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with them both) said: It is from the Sunnah that when a man sits down, he should take off his sandals and place them beside him.
Urdu Translation
حضرت عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما فرماتے ہیں: سنّت یہ ہے کہ جب آدمی بیٹھے تو اپنے جوتے اتار کر اپنے پہلو میں رکھ لے۔
