Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِدَارِ الْجَارِ أَوِ الأَرْضِ " .
English Translation
It is narrated from Hadrat Samurah (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: The neighbor of a house has the most right to the neighbor's house or land.
Urdu Translation
حضرت سمُرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: گھر کا پڑوسی پڑوسی کے گھر یا زمین کا سب سے زیادہ حقدار ہے۔
