حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ السَّرْحِ، - وَهَذَا لَفْظُهُ - قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ اللَّيْثِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعَتَيْنِ وَعَنْ لِبْسَتَيْنِ أَمَّا الْبَيْعَتَانِ فَالْمُلاَمَسَةُ وَالْمُنَابَذَةُ وَأَمَّا اللِّبْسَتَانِ فَاشْتِمَالُ الصَّمَّاءِ وَأَنْ يَحْتَبِيَ الرَّجُلُ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ كَاشِفًا عَنْ فَرْجِهِ أَوْ لَيْسَ عَلَى فَرْجِهِ مِنْهُ شَىْءٌ .
English Translation
It is narrated by Hadrat Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) forbade two types of sales and two types of wearing garments. As for the two sales: mulamasah (finalizing a sale by touching) and munabadah (finalizing a sale by throwing). As for the two types of wearing: ishtimal al-samma (wrapping oneself in a single garment leaving no opening for the hands), and a man sitting in a single garment with legs drawn up while exposing his private parts or having nothing of the cloth covering his private parts.
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے دو قسم کی بیع اور دو طرح کے لباس سے منع فرمایا۔ دو بیعیں: ملامسہ (چھو کر بیع پکی کرنا) اور منابذہ (پھینک کر بیع پکی کرنا) ہیں۔ اور دو لباس: اشتمالِ صمّاء (ایک کپڑا اس طرح لپیٹنا کہ ہاتھ نکالنے کی گنجائش نہ رہے) اور آدمی کا ایک ہی کپڑے میں چوکڑی مار کر بیٹھنا جبکہ شرمگاہ کھلی رہے یا کپڑے سے شرمگاہ پر کچھ نہ ہو۔
