حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ السَّرْحِ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَنَّ عُرْوَةَ بْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ، حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا أَرَادَ سَفَرًا أَقْرَعَ بَيْنَ نِسَائِهِ فَأَيَّتُهُنَّ خَرَجَ سَهْمُهَا خَرَجَ بِهَا مَعَهُ وَكَانَ يَقْسِمُ لِكُلِّ امْرَأَةٍ مِنْهُنَّ يَوْمَهَا وَلَيْلَتَهَا غَيْرَ أَنَّ سَوْدَةَ بِنْتَ زَمْعَةَ وَهَبَتْ يَوْمَهَا لِعَائِشَةَ .
English Translation
Ahmad ibn 'Amr ibn al-Sarh narrated to us, Ibn Wahb informed us from Yunus, from Ibn Shihab, who narrated that 'Urwah ibn al-Zubayr narrated to him that Umm al-Mu'minin Hadrat A'ishah al-Siddiqah (may Allah be well pleased with her), the wife of the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: Whenever the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) intended to travel, he would draw lots among his noble wives. Whichever one's lot was drawn, he would take her along with him. And he would assign each wife her day and night. However, Hadrat Sawdah bint Zam'ah (may Allah be well pleased with her) had gifted her turn to Umm al-Mu'minin Hadrat A'ishah (may Allah be well pleased with her).
Urdu Translation
ہم سے احمد بن عمرو بن السرح نے بیان کیا، ہمیں ابن وہب نے خبر دی یونس سے، انہوں نے ابن شہاب سے، انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ عروہ بن حضرت زبیر نے ان سے روایت کیا کہ حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا زوجہ نبی صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم جب سفر کا ارادہ فرماتے تو اپنی ازواج مطہرات کے درمیان قرعہ اندازی فرماتے، جس کا قرعہ نکلتا اسے اپنے ساتھ لے جاتے۔ اور ہر بیوی کے لیے اس کا دن اور رات مقرر فرماتے تھے، مگر حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین سودہ بنت زمعہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا نے اپنی باری حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا کو ہبہ کر دی تھی۔
