'Abdullah said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) taught us the sermon of need: 'All praise is due to Allah. We seek His help and His forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah from the evils of ourselves. Whoever Allah guides, none can misguide; and whoever He leads astray, none can guide. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger.' Then he would recite three verses: 'O you who believe, fear Allah as He should be feared, and do not die except as Muslims' (3:102). 'O mankind, fear your Lord who created you from a single soul...' (4:1). 'O you who believe, fear Allah and speak words of truth...' (33:70-71)."
