Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:9656 حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ التَّيْمِيِّ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ عُمَرُ وَابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ «إِنِ اخْتَارَتْ زَوْجَهَا فَلَا بَأْسَ وَإِنِ اخْتَارَتْ نَفْسَهَا فَهِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ وَلَهُ عَلَيْهَا الرَّجْعَةُ»
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ishaq ibn Ibrahim narrated from Abd al-Razzaq, from Ibn al-Taymi, from Isma'il ibn Abi Khalid, from al-Sha'bi who said: Umar and Ibn Mas'ud said: 'If she chooses her husband, there is no problem. If she chooses herself, it counts as one divorce and he retains the right to take her back.'
