الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ishaq ibn Ibrahim narrated from Abd al-Razzaq, from Ibn Jurayj who said: It reached Ibn Abbas that Ibn Mas'ud used to say: 'If one divorces what he has not yet married, it is permissible.' So Ibn Abbas said: 'He erred in this, for Allah the Almighty says: {When you marry believing women and then divorce them before you have touched them} [33:49] - and He did not say: When you divorce believing women and then marry them.'
