الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ya'ish ibn Tihfa or Tikhfa narrated from his father, who was one of the People of the Suffah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) would look at the common people and say: 'So-and-so, take this man with you. So-and-so, take this man with you.' Until I remained with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) as the fifth of five. He said: 'Come to the house.' We went with him and entered the house of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), before the veil was prescribed for them. He said: 'O Aisha, feed us.' She brought a hashisha and they ate. Then he said: 'O Aisha, feed us.' She brought a haysa like a sand grouse and they ate. Then he said: 'O Aisha, give us something to drink.' She brought a bowl with diluted milk and they drank. Then he said: 'If you wish, stay here tonight, and if you wish, go to the mosque.' They said: 'No, we will go to the mosque,' not wanting to burden the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). While I was lying on my stomach at the end of the night, a man came and nudged me with his foot, saying: 'Turn away from this, for it is a sleeping posture that Allah the Exalted detests.' I looked up and there was the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him).
