The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Whoever is given food by Allah, let him say: O Allah, bless it for us and feed us something better. And whoever is given milk by Allah, let him say: O Allah, bless it for us and give us more of it. For I know of nothing that takes the place of food and drink except milk.'
