الترجمة الإنجليزية
Salamah ibn al-Akwa' narrated: "We went on an expedition with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) toward Hawazin. While we were eating breakfast with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), a man came riding on a red camel and made it kneel, then took out a leather strap from its saddle-bag and hobbled the camel, then came and ate breakfast with us. He began looking right and left, and when he saw that the companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) were dispersed and not vigilant, he went to his camel, unfastened it, mounted and fled. A man on a brown she-camel chased him." Salamah said: "I went out running and caught up with him, and I took hold of the camel's rein and made it kneel. When it knelt, I drew my sword and struck the man on the head, then I brought the camel back leading it with all its gear. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) met me and asked: 'Who killed him?' They said: 'Ibn al-Akwa'.' He said: 'He gets all his spoils.'"
