Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:5711 حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْخَلَّالُ الْمَكِّيُّ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ كَاسِبٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْمُهَيْمِنِ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ «إِنِّي لَحَاضِرٌ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ وَإِنِّي لَأَنْظُرُ حِينَ رُمِيَ وَجْهُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَجُرِحَ وَإِنِّي لَأَعْرِفُ مَنْ كَانَ يَغْسِلُ الدَّمَ عَنْ وَجْهِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَمَنْ كَانَ يَحْمِلُ الْمَاءَ فِي الْمِجَنِّ فَأَبَى الْكَلْمُ أَنْ يَرْقَأَ حَتَّى أَحْرَقَتْ فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ حَصِيرًا خَلِقًا فَجَعَلَتْ رَمَادَهُ عَلَيْهِ فَرَقَأَ إِنَّ الَّذِي يَحْمِلُ الْمَاءَ فِي الْمِجَنِّ لَعَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ وَفَاطِمَةُ الَّتِي تَغْسِلُ الدَّمَ وتُدَاوِيهِ»
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Sahl ibn Sa'd said: "I was present on the Day of Uhud, and I was watching when the face of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was struck and he was wounded. I know who was washing the blood from the face of the Messenger of Allah and who was carrying water in the shield. The wound would not stop bleeding until Fatimah, the daughter of the Messenger of Allah, burned an old mat and placed its ashes on the wound, and the bleeding stopped. The one carrying water in the shield was 'Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him), and Fatimah was the one washing the blood and treating it."
