Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:5691 حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ سَمِعَ سَهْلَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ أَنَّهُ شَهِدَ الْمُتَلَاعِنَيْنِ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فُرِّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ كَذَبْتُ عَلَيْهَا إِنْ أَمْسَكْتُهَا
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Sahl ibn Sa'd narrated that he witnessed the couple performing li'an during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). They were separated, and the man said: "O Messenger of Allah, I would have lied about her if I keep her."
