Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:5450 حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الرَّازِيُّ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَمَّارِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ وَعَنْ عَمَّارٍ وَعُمَرَ ابْنَيْ حَفْصِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ آبَائِهِمْ عَنْ أجْدَادِهِمْ عَنْ سَعْدٍ «أَنَّ أَوَّلَ مَا بَدَأَ الْأَذَانُ أَنَّهُ أُرِيَهُ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ فَأَخْبَرَهُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَأَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِلَالًا أَنْ يُؤَذِّنَ» فَأَلْقَاهُ عَلَيْهِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ ثُمَّ عَادَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
The origin of the adhan was that an Ansari man had a vision and informed the Prophet (peace be upon him). The Prophet (peace be upon him) ordered Bilal to call the adhan. The Ansari man taught it to him: "Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar; I bear witness that there is no god but Allah (twice); I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah (twice)." Then he repeated: "I bear witness that there is no god but Allah (twice); I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah (twice); Come to prayer (twice); Come to success (twice); Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar; There is no god but Allah."
