الترجمة الإنجليزية
Zayd ibn Thabit said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) taught me a supplication and ordered me to share it with my family every day: "O Allah, I ask You for goodness at its descent, and I seek refuge in You from evil at its descent. O Allah, I ask You for the best of this day and the best of what is after it, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of this day and the evil of what is after it. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from laziness and the evil of old age. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the Fire and the punishment of the grave."
