Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:5057 حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا ضِرَارُ بْنُ صُرَدٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ الْبَغَوِيُّ قَالَا ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ قَالَا ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ وَزَيْدِ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ قَالَا كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ غَدِيرِ خُمٍّ وَنَحْنُ نَرْفَعُ غُصْنَ الشَّجَرَةِ عَنْ رَأْسِهِ فَقَالَ «إِنَّ الصَّدَقَةَ لَا تَحِلُّ لِي وَلَا لِأَهْلِ بَيْتِي لَعَنَ اللهُ مَنِ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ وَلَعَنَ اللهُ مَنْ تَوَلَّى غَيْرَ مَوَالِيهِ الْوَلَدُ لِصَاحِبِ الْفِرَاشِ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ لَيْسَ لِوَارِثٍ وَصِيَّةٌ»
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Al-Bara' and Zayd ibn Arqam said: We were with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) on the Day of Ghadir Khumm, and we were lifting the tree branch away from his head. He said: "Indeed, charity is not lawful for me nor for the people of my household. May Allah curse the one who attributes himself to other than his father. May Allah curse the one who takes as patron other than his (rightful) masters. The child belongs to the bed (the husband), and the adulterer gets the stone (nothing). There is no bequest for an heir."
