Thābit حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي رَحِمَهُ اللهُ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ حَاضِرَ بْنَ الْمُهَاجِرِ أَبَا عِيسَى الْبَاهِلِيَّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ

Zayd ibn Thabit said: "We had the pre-dawn meal with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), then we stood for the Fajr prayer." I said: "How much time was between the adhan and the suhur?" He said: "About fifty verses." [Another chain.]
