Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:463 حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ قَالَا ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلَاقَةَ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ شَرِيكٍ قَالَ أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ بِعَرَفَاتٍ فَسَلَّمْتُ عَلَيْهِ وَكَانَ عَلَى رُءُوسِ أَصْحَابِهِ الطَّيْرُ فَجَاءَتْهُ الْأَعْرَابُ مِنْ هَهُنَا وَهَهُنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ عَلَيْنَا حَرَجٌ فِي كَذَا وَكَذَا؟ عَلَيْنَا حَرَجٌ فِي كَذَا وَكَذَا؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عِبَادَ اللهِ رَفَعَ اللهُ الْحَرَجَ إِلَّا مَنِ اقْتَرَضَ مِنَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ ظُلْمًا فَذَلِكَ الَّذِي حَرَجَ وَهَلَكَ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ نَتَدَاوَى؟ قَالَ تَدَاوَوْا فَإِنَّ اللهَ ﷻ لَمْ يُنْزِلْ دَاءً إِلَّا وَضَعَ لَهُ دَوَاءً إِلَّا الْهَرَمَ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ فَمَا خَيْرُ مَا أُعْطِيَ النَّاسُ؟ فَقَالَ «إِنَّ النَّاسَ لَمْ يُعْطَوْا شَيْئًا خَيْرًا مِنْ خُلُقٍ حَسَنٍ»
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Usamah ibn Sharik said: I came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) at Arafat and greeted him. It was as if birds were perched on the heads of his Companions. The Bedouins came from here and there asking: "O Messenger of Allah, is there any sin upon us for such and such?" He said: "O servants of Allah, Allah has removed the hardship except from a man who slanders the honor of a Muslim; that is the one who is in sin and is ruined." They asked: "Shall we seek medical treatment?" He said: "Yes, seek treatment, for Allah has not placed a disease without placing a cure for it, except for one disease." They asked: "What is it?" He said: "Old age."
