Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:4140 حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْجَارُودِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ قُدَامَةَ الْجُمَحِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْجُمَحِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ وَأَنَا عِنْدَ نَاقَتِهِ «لَيْسَ لِوَارِثٍ وَصِيَّةٌ قَدْ أَعْطَى الله ﷻ كُلَّ ذِي حَقٍّ حَقَّهُ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ مَنِ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ أَوْ تَوَلَّى ��َيْرَ مَوَالِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللهُ مِنْهُ صَرْفًا وَلَا عَدْلًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ»
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Kharijah ibn 'Amr al-Jumahi reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said on the day of the Conquest [of Makkah], while I was near his she-camel: "There is no bequest for an heir. Allah, the Exalted, has given every person of right his right. The illegitimate child gets the stone [i.e., nothing]. Whoever claims descent from other than his father or attributes himself to other than his masters, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people. Allah will not accept from him any obligatory or voluntary act on the Day of Resurrection."
