Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:3555 حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ الضَّبِّيُّ ح وَثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى السَّاجِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّ��ُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْحَرَشِيُّ قَالَا ثنا مُحْرِزُ بْنُ وِزْرِ بْنِ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ شُعَيْثِ بْنِ عَاصِمِ بْنِ حُصَيْنِ بْنِ مُشْمِتِ بْنِ شَدَّادِ بْنِ النَّمِرِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ بْنِ حِبَّانَ حَدَّثَنِي وِزْرُ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ عِمْرَانَ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ شُعَيْثًا حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ عَاصِمًا حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ حَصِينًا حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ وَفَدَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَبَايَعَهُ بَيْعَةَ الْإِسْلَامِ وَصَدَقَ إِلَيْهِ صَدَقَةَ مَالِهِ وأَقْطَعَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مِيَاهَ عَدَّةَ بِالْمَرُوثِ وَإِسْنَادَ جَرَادٍ مِنْهَا أُصَيْهِبٌ وَمِنْهَا الْمَاغِرَةُ وَمِنْهَا أَهْوَاءُ وَمِنْهَا الثِّمَادُ وَمِنْهَا السَّدِيرَةُ وَشَرَطَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَلَى حُصَيْنِ بْنِ مُشْمِتٍ مِمَّا قَطَعَ أَنْ لَا يُقْعَرَ مَرْعَاهُ وَلَا يُبَاعُ مَاؤُهُ وَشَرَطَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَلَى حُصَيْنِ بْنِ مُشْمِتٍ أَنْ «لَا يَبِيعَ مَاءَهُ وَلَا يَمْنَعَ فَضْلَهُ» فَقَالَ زُهَيْرُ بْنُ عَاصِمِ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ شَعَرًا
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Husayn ibn Mushmit narrated that he came as a delegate to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and pledged the pledge of Islam and gave his charity to him. The Prophet (peace be upon him) granted him several water sources at al-Maruth and Isnad Jarad, including Usayhib, al-Maghirah, Ahwa', al-Thimad, and al-Sadirah. The Prophet (peace be upon him) stipulated upon Husayn ibn Mushmit regarding what he granted that his pasture not be uprooted and his water not be sold. The Prophet (peace be upon him) stipulated upon Husayn ibn Mushmit that he 'not sell his water and not withhold its surplus.' Zuhayr ibn 'Asim ibn Husayn then recited some poetry.
