Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:1565 حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ وَابْنُ عَائِشَةَ ح وثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ ثنا هُدْبَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ قَالُوا ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ فِي سَفَرٍ لَهُ فَقَالَ «مَنْ يَكْلَأُنَا اللَّيْلَةَ لَا نَرْقُدُ عَنْ صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ؟» فَقَالَ بِلَالٌ أَنَا فَاسْتَقْبَلَ مَطْلِعَ الشَّمْسِ فَضَرَبَ عَلَى آذَانِهِمْ حَتَّى أَيْقَظَهُمْ حَرُّ الشَّمْسِ ثُمَّ قَامُوا فَقَادُوا رِكَابَهُمْ ثُمَّ تَوَضَّئُوا وَأَذَّنَ بِلَالٌ ثُمَّ صَلَّوْا رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ ثُمَّ صَلَّوُا الْفَجْرَ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Narrated Jubayr ibn Mut'im: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was on a journey and said: "Who will guard us tonight so that we do not oversleep the Fajr prayer?" Bilal said: "I will." So he faced the direction of sunrise, but sleep overcame them all until the heat of the sun woke them. They then got up, led their riding animals (a distance), performed ablution, and Bilal called the adhan. They prayed the two rak'ahs of Fajr (sunnah), then prayed Fajr.
