Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:1498 حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْخَفَّافُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ أَنَّ ابْنَ شِهَابٍ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ جَاءَ فِي فِدَاءِ أُسَارَى أَهْلِ بَدْرٍ قَالَ فَوَافَقْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقْرَأُ فِي صَلَاةِ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالطُّورِ وَكِتَابٍ مَسْطُورٍ فِي رَقٍّ مَنْشُورٍ قَالَ فَأَخَذَنِي مِنْ قِرَاءَتِهِ كَالْكَرْبِ فَكَانَ ذَلِكَ أَوَّلَ مَا سَمِعْتُ مِنْ أَمْرِ الْإِسْلَامِ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Jubayr ibn Mut'im said: I came to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) regarding the ransom of the captives of Badr. I found the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) reciting in the Maghrib prayer: "By the Mount, and a Book inscribed, in a parchment spread open" (52:1-3). His recitation struck me like a blow, and that was the first thing I heard regarding the matter of Islam.
