الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ibn Abbas said: I slept in the house of my maternal aunt Maymunah, the wife of the Prophet ♂, and the Prophet ♂ was with her. I wanted to observe how the Prophet ♂ prayed at night. The Prophet ♂ conversed with his family for a while, then he slept. When it was the last third of the night, or half of it, he got up and looked at the sky and recited: {Indeed, in the creation of the heavens and the earth and the alternation of the night and the day are signs for those of understanding} until he finished these verses. Then he got up, performed ablution, and used the siwak. Then he prayed eleven rak'ahs. Then Bilal gave the call to prayer, and he prayed two rak'ahs. Then he went out and led the people in the Fajr prayer.
