Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:11863 حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «تَزَوَّجَ مَيْمُونَةَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ وَبَنَى بِهَا بِسَرِفٍ وَهُوَ حَلَالٌ»

Ibn Abbas reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) 'married Maymunah while he was in a state of ihram and consummated the marriage with her at Sarif while he was in a state of being lawful (not in ihram).'
