الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ibn Abbas said: 'The Prophet of Allah (peace be upon him) set out from Madinah to Makkah when he conquered it, and that was in Ramadan while he was fasting. He fasted until he reached Qudayd, then he was informed that the people were suffering from thirst and hardship, so he called for water, drank it, and broke his fast. After that, whoever wished fasted and whoever wished broke his fast.'
