Narrated Salim bin 'Abdullah: (His father) 'Abdullah bin 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to send the weak ones among his company on ahead so that they might halt at al-Mash'ar al-Haram, which is in Muzdalifa, during the night and keep remembering Allah the Exalted as long as they wished. Then they would turn back before the imam halted. So some of them would reach Mina at the time of the morning prayer, and some would arrive after that. And Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to say that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) had given these weak ones permission for this.
الترجمة الأردية
سالم بن عبداللہ سے روایت ہے کہ(ان کے والد) سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما اپنے ساتھ کے ضعیف لوگوں کو آگے بھیج دیتے تھے کہ وہ المشعر الحرام میں، جو کہ مزدلفہ میں ہے، رات کو وقوف کر لیں اور اللہ تعالیٰ کو یاد کرتے رہیں جب تک چاہیں۔ پھر امام کے وقوف کرنے سے پہلے لوٹ جائیں۔ سو ان میں سے کوئی تو صبح کی نماز کے وقت منیٰ پہنچ جاتا تھا اور کوئی اس کے بعد پہنچتا۔ اور سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے تھے کہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے ان ضعیفوں کو اس کی اجازت دی ہے۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 720]
