Narrated Miswar ibn Makhramah (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) distributed some cloaks and did not give any to Makhramah (may Allah be pleased with him). So Makhramah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: O my son, come with me to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). So I went with him, and he said: Go into the house and call him (peace be upon him). So I called the Prophet (peace be upon him), and he (peace be upon him) came out wearing one of those (cloaks), and said: "This I set aside for you." Then he (peace be upon him) looked at Makhramah and said: "Makhramah is pleased."
الترجمة الأردية
سیدنا مسور بن مخرمہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے چادریں تقسیم کیں اور سیدنا مخرمہ رضی اللہ عنہ کو کوئی نہ دی۔ تب سیدنا مخرمہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا کہ اے میرے بیٹے! رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمتک میرے ساتھ چلو۔ پس میں ان کے ساتھ گیا اور انہوں نے کہا کہ تم گھر میں جا کر آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکو بلاؤ۔ میں نے نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکو بلایا آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنکلے اور ان (چادروں) میں سے ایک چادر اوڑھے ہوئے تھے، اور فرمایا کہ یہ میں نے تمہارے واسطے رکھ چھوڑی تھی اور پھر آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے مخرمہ کو دیکھا اور فرمایا مخرمہ خوش ہو گئے۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 570]
