It is narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "The Hour will not be established until the Muslims fight the Jews, and the Muslims will kill them. So much so that a Jew will hide behind a stone or a tree, and that stone or tree will say, 'O Muslim! O servant of Allah! There is a Jew behind me; come and kill him.' But the gharqad tree will not speak (it is a thorny tree found abundantly toward Jerusalem); it is the tree of the Jews."
الترجمة الأردية
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: قیامت قائم نہ ہو گی، یہاں تک کہ مسلمان یہود سے لڑیں گے، پھر مسلمان ان کو قتل کریں گے۔ حتیٰ کہ یہودی کسی پتھر یا درخت کی آڑ میں چھپے گا تو وہ پتھر یا درخت بولے گا کہ اے مسلمان! اے اللہ کے بندے! یہ میرے پیچھے ایک یہودی ہے، ادھر آ اور اس کو قتل کر دے مگر غرقد کا درخت نہ بولے گا (وہ ایک کانٹے دار درخت ہے جو بیت المقدس کی طرف بہت زیادہ ہوتا ہے) وہ یہود کا درخت ہے۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 2025]
