Narrated Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him): We were sitting with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) in the mosque when a bedouin came and stood up and began to urinate. The Companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) shouted at him to make him stop, but the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Do not interrupt his urination; leave him." So the people left him until he had finished urinating. Then the Prophet (peace be upon him) called him and said: "These mosques are not fit for urine or filth. They have only been built for the remembrance of Allah, for prayer, and for reciting the Qur'an," or something like that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said. Then he ordered a man, who brought a bucket of water and poured it over it.
الترجمة الأردية
سیدنا انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا کہہم رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے ساتھ مسجد میں بیٹھے ہوئے تھے کہ اتنے میں ایک اعرابی آیا اور کھڑے ہو کر پیشاب کرنے لگا۔ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے اصحاب نے اسے ایسا نہ کرنے کے لئے آواز لگائی تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ اس کا پیشاب مت روکو، اس کو چھوڑ دو۔ لوگوں نے چھوڑ دیا، یہاں تک کہ وہ پیشاب کر چکا تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے اسے بلایا اور فرمایا کہ مسجدیں پیشاب اور نجاست کے لائق نہیں ہیں۔ یہ تو اللہ کی یاد کے لئے اور نماز اور قرآن پڑھنے کے لئے بنائی گئی ہیں یا ایسا ہی کچھ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا۔ پھر ایک شخص کو حکم کیا، وہ ایک ڈول پانی کا لایا اور اس پر بہا دیا۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 186]
