Narrated Aishah al-Siddiqah, Mother of the Believers (may Allah be pleased with her), from the Prophet (peace be upon him): The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Gentleness is not present in anything except that it beautifies it, and it is not removed from anything except that it makes it defective."

ام المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ عنہا نبی اسے روایت کرتی ہیں کہآپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: نرمی کسی چیز میں نہیں آتی مگر اس کو مزین کر دیتی ہے اور کسی چیز سے دور نہیں کی جاتی مگر اس کو عیب دار کر دیتی ہے۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1784]
