The Mother of the Believers, Aisha the Truthful (may Allah be pleased with her), said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), during his illness, used to ask, saying, "Where will I be today? Where will I be tomorrow?" — thinking that my turn was still far off. Then, on the day of my turn, Allah the Exalted took him unto Himself, (with his head) upon my chest and throat (that is, the Prophet's blessed head was resting against my chest).
الترجمة الأردية
ام المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم(بیماری میں) دریافت کرتے تھے اور فرماتے تھے کہ میں آج کہاں ہوں گا، میں کل کہاں ہوں گا؟ یہ خیال کر کے کہ ابھی میری باری میں دیر ہے۔ پھر میری باری کے دن اللہ تعالیٰ نے آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکو بلا لیا میرے سینہ اور حلق سے (یعنی آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکا سرمبارک میرے سینہ سے لگا ہوا تھا)۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1663]
